19:26 There is a huge amount of freedom IN commitment

23:35 - Are there rules for relationships that work for both poly and monogamous relationships?

24:32 - call them Standards of Conduct, rather than rules

Examples of Standards of Conduct (these are some of Rebecca's)

  1. Learn to fight nice.
  2. Say what you mean, mean what you say.
  3. Always honor yourself first.
  4. I’m responsible for my own feelings, and I’m responsible for how I respond. And, I am not responsible for my partner’s feelings, nor am I responsible for how they respond.
  5. Talk about Expectations (because no two people have the exact same expectations of any relationship).
  6. I WON’T be hidden.
